Custom Wooden Bookmarks - Bulk Orders

For bulk orders that call for something truly unique, our fully custom wooden bookmarks are designed from the ground up for your project. From engraving design, to wood type, to tassel style, each order is completely custom.

This option is best for businesses, churches, schools, events, and organizations seeking a custom design not found in our standard bookmark collection.

Design Requirements:

Customers are expected to provide either finished artwork and logos or clear, specific content (such as finalized text, font styles, and layout concepts). This listing does not include logo creation or branding development services.

Design + Setup - a one-time custom design and setup fee is required for all custom bookmark orders. This fee covers design layout and preparation, engraving optimization, and proofing based on customer-provided artwork One initial proof and one round of minor revisions are included. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.

The design + setup fee is $125 for a 1-sided bookmark, or $200 for a 2-sided bookmark.

After placing your order, you will email any relevant logos and design files. We will create a mock-up for your bookmark and engrave a sample. We will then share photos of the sample with you, make any needed adjustments, then begin production once you approve the sample.

Minimum Order & Pricing:

Minimum order: 100 bookmarks

On-sided engraving: $7 per bookmark

Two-sided engraving: $9 per bookmark

 Production Timeline - Most custom bulk bookmark orders are completed within 3–4 weeks after design approval, depending on order size, design mix, and seasonal demand.
